Green Tea Roll Cake

Sponge Cake
- 4 Eggs
- 30g Plain flour
- 10g Corn flour
- 60g Sugar
Cream Filling
- 1 Tsp. Matcha powder
- 100ml Thick cream
- 10g Sugar


  1. Separate egg whites and yolks then put 30g sugar in with yolks and mix well
  2. Sift plain flour and corn flour into mixture
  3. In a different bowl gradually add 30g sugar into egg whites and mix well
  4. Put all mixtures together and mix well
  5. Place into a rectangular tray and put in the preheated oven at 180c for 10 minutes
  6. Spread the Matcha whipped cream onto the rectangular sponge and roll
  7. Cut the cake and ready to serve


Please leave the cake in fridge for 1hour before you cut and serve.
