– Steep 1 tsp (approx. 2g) in 80°C water for 60 seconds
– Can be re-steeped for a second gentle infusion

1. Heat water to 70–80°C (158–176°F)
Let boiling water sit for a couple of minutes to cool down if needed.
2. Add tea leaves to your pot
About 1 tsp per person.
